CEMENT RETAINER

The Cement Retainer is a drillable packer that provides the end user with a tool that will consistently contain well pressures at elevated temperatures and pressures. This tool is designed to be used for remedial cementing operations and light service applications. This tool permits faster removal from the well with either rotary or cable tool methods due to its compact size and the selection of high quality construction materials.

DUAL PACKER

This is basically a “mid-string” isolation packer that is designed to seal off approximately two strings of tubing. The dual packer allows the simultaneous production of two zones while keeping them isolated. Most multiple-string packers are retrievable; however, some permanent models exist for use in HP/HT applications. Standard configurations have bidirectional slips to prevent movement and maintain pack off with the tubing landed in the neutral condition.

HALF MULE SHOE GUIDE

The Half Mule Shoe Guide is standard with the seal assembly to allow for easy entry into the packer bore.

WIRELINE RETRIEVABLE DUMMY VALVE

They are installed in side pocket mandrels as a non- equalizing isolation tool. The Wireline Retrievable Dummy Valve is an isolation tool designed to blank communication between the tubing and casing. This valve can be used to blank off a side pocket mandrel.

SAFETY VALVE

LATCH SEAL ASSEMBLY

The Latch Seal Assembly is used to lock into a polish bore with seals and be held in place with a ratching latch system. The seals isolate production tubing and annulus by location in a seal bore assembly or seal bore packer with the receptable profile for the latch system. The Latching Seal Assembly is available in various sizes meeting the requirements for most final completion designs.

Retrieval is accomplished with a straight over pull that overcomes the locking system in the event of work-over operations or re-completion operations as required.

PUP JOINT

We have API casing and tubing pup joints which are manufactured according to API Spec 5CT. Pup joints are non-standard lengths of piping used to adjust the height of full length tubing, drill pipe, line pipe, or casing strings. Strings of pipe are assembled with standard length tubular goods that are typically 31 feet in length. As the drill string, production tubing, or casing is lowered into the well bore a pup joint is added to the pipe string in order to adjust the length of the string to its exact requirements.
